The visit includes three laboratories hosted by:
– Resources Recovery and Environmental Management. Group focused on the promotion of circularity in industries (chemical, agrofood, mining, metalurgical, cement, and waste).
– Environmental Engineering and Microbiology. Group devoted to interdisciplinary research, innovation, and knowledge transfer in environmental biotechnology, water supply, wastewater and solid waste treatment, and bioenergy generation.
– Plastics and Composites. Group focused on the reduction of the environmental impact of plastics, using recycled or renewable materials, and sustainable manufacturing technologies.
