A beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site was restored to become a cultural venue. Many of the Art Nouveau pavilions have LEED green building certification, in recognition of circular economy criteria applied in the restoration process. Buildings are surrounded by patios and gardens filled with native, aromatic plants, and the site’s geo-thermal energy system is one of the largest in Europe. Visits to the site touch on all these aspects.
